ISO: Kitten born with Cerebrellar Hypoplasia (CH) in Apex, New York

I am looking for a special needs kitty. I have researched what would work in my family, and I think I would like to help out a disabled kitty with Cerebrellar Hypoplasia. It's a brain condition formed in utero when the Momma cat is exposed to Distemper. It is a condition they are born with and can range from Slight to Severe.
